Text the Bride® is a text messaging service that allows you to efficiently send Save the Dates and RSVP’s to your wedding guests. This tech-savvy form of communication allows you to have all of your information in one spot while your guests have the ability to commit, no matter where they are at the time your invite is sent out.
Q: Why should I choose Text The Bride®?

Text The Bride® saves time and money while simplifying the process of choosing the perfect Save the Date & RSVP. It allows the happy couple to spend more time on other aspects of their wedding and takes away the worry of waiting on replies and wondering who has received the invites on both ends of the process.
Q: What format does by my guest list need to be in to upload?
A:
Spreadsheet saved as a CSV file.
Q: Will my guest list automatically update when I get a response?
A:
Yes, we organize it on our end and send it over to you. You will be able to email your reception host by the due date.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of guest I can invite?
A:
No, you can invite as few or as many people as you’d like with Text The Bride®!
Q: Can I make edits or updates to my guest list?
A:
Of course! We understand things change at the drop of a hat.
Q: Can I export or print my guest list?
A:
Yes, you will have an organized file to send off to your vendors.
Q: Can guests add the event to their calendars?
A:
Yes, they will be able to sync the event to their calendars. They’ll also be able to keep the Save the Date and RSVP as photos on their phone to have them forever at their fingertips. It’ll also be helpful in knowing all of the details of the wedding on the big day
Q: Can Text The Bride accommodate Plus 1’s and food options?
A:
That is our specialty. Guests will even have the ability to list any food allergies or requests. This will be organized by Text The Bride® and sent to you. You will be able to email your reception host with the proper invitee and plate information by the due date.
Q: When are Save the Dates sent out?
A:
Save the Dates are typically sent 6 to 8 month before the big day! If it’s a destination wedding, it’s best to send further (8 months or longer) in advance so your guests can plan their trip.
Q: When are RSVPs sent out?
A:
8 weeks prior to the wedding and 4 months prior to a destination wedding.
Q: When is the due date for my RSVP responses?
A:
2-3 weeks before the wedding. We send reminders to anyone who hasn’t answered 1 week before the due date.
Q: Do you have a reminder text for those who haven’t responded yet?
A:
Yes, no worries on your end. We send out a reminder message 1 week before the due date (which is typically 4 weeks before the wedding).
Q: Can international phone numbers receive the Save the Date & RSVP?
A:
No, unfortunately we don’t provide this service internationally yet. When you are creating your profile click ‘yes’ to receive a copy of the RSVP/Save The Date. When final we will email a copy of these to you to accommodate those invitees.
Q: Can someone with a non-smartphone (like a flip phone) receive this service?
A:
It depends on the phone and communication service of the customer. When you are creating your profile click ‘yes’ to receive a copy of the RSVP/Save The Date. When final we will email a copy of these to you to accommodate those invitees.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A:
At Text The Bride® our goal is provide above and beyond customer service. However, we know that sometimes things change. We do offer a full refund if you cancel 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the Save The Date.
If there is a cancellation after the Save The Date but 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the RSVP then we will refund the package you chose minus the Save The Date cost.
Q: What will happen with the contact information after the wedding?

No contact information will be saved or used outside of us texting them about the wedding. You can see our Privacy Policy for more information.
